NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Fox & Friends’ hosts recently reacted to the White House’s ‘Operation Bubble Wrap’, a strategy to protect President Joe Biden for the rest of the 2024 campaign.
This came after the POTUS turned 81, setting a new record as the oldest president.
However, insiders are focused on trying to protect Biden from tripping or falling during his reelection campaign and are playfully referring to it as operation ‘Bubble Wrap’, as reported by The New York Times.
Moreover, ‘Fox & Friends’ also didn’t find Biden’s birthday post amusing, calling it “a weird message.”
‘Fox & Friends’ hosts mock Joe Biden’s ‘Operation Bubble Wrap’
‘Fox & Friends’ shared their take on the alleged White House protection plan for Joe Biden following the increasing concerns surrounding the POTUS’ age.
Ainsley Earhardt said that Joe Biden was in the news “a lot” on Monday as it was his birthday, which “led reporters to talk about Operation Bubble Wrap, which people close to Biden are reportedly saying they are pushing for him to replace his formal shoes for more comfortable ones so that he can walk better and reduces the risk of falling.”
Following her, Brian Kilmeade chimed in, adding, “We have done that, right?”
Earhardt continued, “Democratic strategists and big donors are frustrated because they don’t think his staff has done enough to calm the public’s concerns about his age. They are pushing for more humor to start calling him again ‘Grandpa Joe’.”
The hosts also reflected on John B Judis, a political strategist and author who spoke to The New York Times and said, “He’s not a commanding or charming presence on a presidential or presidential election stage.”
He further added, “I think a lot of voters and young people in particular who are not at all put off by his political positions or accomplishments are put off by his utter failure as a regal persona. And I don’t know how that can be fixed. Not by bicycling.”
Then the hosts called out Biden while laughing hysterically, “The problem for Joe is what the White House says, ‘Look, Joe is the oldest American president, ever, but he has got all this wisdom’.”
Steve Doocey continued, “And maybe he is wise, but he looks so old. And in fact, political playbook had a little thing talking about people and Biden who have said ‘he just looks frail.’”
The hosts also pointed out Biden’s gaffe where he mixed up Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, and Beyonce at Turkey Pardon on his 81st birthday.
Internet mock Joe Biden’s ‘bubble wrap’ operation
After ‘Fox & Friends’ brutally mocked Joe Biden for operation ‘Bubble Wrap’ and talked about his gaffes on his 81st birthday, the internet also slammed POTUS.
One person wrote, “Joe's bonfire of a birthday cake is his presidency in a nutshell...” and another said, “Joe is the new bubble boy.”
A fan simply mocked Biden as he said, “Look where “his wisdom” has gotten our nation, and us….it’s not good so there goes the “wisdom” piece.” A fourth person wrote, “Being oldest is one thing, being the worst is another.”
“"Operation bubble wrap" lol brilliant,” said another while laughing. One wrote, “It isn't that he's old, it's that his brain is melting.”
