The Los Angeles Lakers and Max Christie are looking to build on their win over the Golden State Warriors in the Las Vegas Summer League when they take on the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday.
Charlotte played well against Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs, but the team lost again, which has been a familiar site since the start of the California Classic for Brandon Miller and company.
The Lakers enter this game as slight favorites, and rightfully so, as the team has put up some strong offensive numbers so far in the Summer League.

Lakers vs. Hornets prediction and pick
Los Angeles has one of the Summer League's top players in Christie, who played at a high level in the G League last season as well.
My concern with Charlotte has been the team's offense, as the Hornets scored just 68 points against the Spurs on Friday night.
Meanwhile, the Lakers have scored at least 90 points in every Summer League game dating back to the California Classic.
The team has plenty of NBA-level talent on the roster as well between Christie, Jalen Hood Schifino, Cole Swider and others.
Until Charlotte proves it can score the ball efficiently, the team is a must-fade this summer.
Pick: Lakers -3 (-110)
