Jorginho is set to stay at Arsenal despite interest from Super Lig side Fenerbahce and Saudi Pro League teams, 90min understands.
The Italy international was signed by Arsenal for £12m on January transfer deadline day from London rivals Chelsea, going on to play 16 games in all competitions in the second half the 2022/23 season.
Following the signing of Declan Rice for a whopping £105m in the summer, Jorginho has found playing time much harder to come by at the start of the current campaign, being limited to just 18 minutes across three substitute appearances so far.
This lack of opportunities has notably left the 31-year-old's Arsenal future up in the air, with the Gunners rejecting the interest of Maurizio Sarri's Lazio earlier in the summer.
90min understands that interest from Turkish Super Lig team Fenerbahce, as well as clubs from the Saudi Pro League, have also been rebuffed by Jorginho.

Speaking to TuttoMercatoWeb recently, agent Joao Santos confirmed that: "Jorginho is focused on Arsenal, therefore on the Premier League and the Champions League. He will not go to Fenerbahce."
Sources have told 90min that Arsenal are happy to keep hold of the holding midfielder, with the recent injury to Thomas Partey playing a part in this.
The Ghanian midfielder was ruled out for "a couple of weeks" after sustaining a groin injury in training prior to the 3-1 win over Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium.
Speaking to the press after the win, Arteta provided an update: "We need a few more tests but he felt something in training and I think he will be out for a couple of weeks. He had the capacity to play in various positions and today was a game for him to play in a different position but he is not available."
