League of Legends Patch 12.23 is set to release on Dec. 7, after two weeks of being on the PBE.
While Preseason 2023 started with Patch 12.22 on Nov. 16, some players are wondering when the next patch will go live. Patch 12.23 has already been revealed by Riot Games, the developers behind League of Legends and coming with it are various buffs and nerfs to champions along with seven new skins.

League of Legends Patch 12.23 Release Date
League of Legends Patch 12.23 is set to release on Dec. 7, bringing with it seven new skins and buffs and nerfs for various champions. The new skins that will be available are:
- Winterblessed Diana (1,820 RP)
- Winterblessed Warwick (1,350 RP)
- Winterblessed Shaco (1,350 RP)
- Winterblessed Swain (1,350 RP)
- Winterblessed Zilean (1,350 RP)
- Winterblessed Zoe (1,350 RP)
- Prestige Winterblessed Warwick
Riot is also planning on further adjusting the various Jungle aspects that they changed in Patch 12.23, including adjusting the new jungle companions that players receive at the beginning of the game.
Riot clearly has exciting things planned before the official release of Season 13 of League of Legends and are using the time in preseason to test out their various ideas.
