Lincoln Riley just pulled in five new commitments in just over 48 hours, swiping favored recruits from rivals across the country after a mega recruiting weekend.

What do Kameryn Fountain from Georgia, Manassee Itete and Dakoda Fields from California, Jarvis Boatwright from Florida and Hayden Treter from Colorado all have in common?

They all committed to USC within 49 hours of eachother.

Lincoln Riley's Trojans hosted a major recruiting weekend in Los Angeles and the spoils from it were instantaneous.

USC lands five new commitments in just over 48 hours

USC fans may be familiar with how the Trojans signal a new commit. Riley or a member of staff will tweet a single "Fight On" emoji. There were a lot of those to be found over the weekend.

At 9:15 a.m. PT on Sunday, Treter, a three-star offensive lineman, dropped his commitment announcement on Twitter.

At 6:02 p.m. PT, it was Boatwright, a four-star safety, joining the party with his own commitment tweet.

Monday morning at 9:02 a.m. PT, Fields announced he would be staying home with the Trojans, giving them a four-star cornerback.

Then Fountain, a four-star EDGE, made it four at 1:45 p.m. PT.

Not to be left out, the four-star offensive lineman Itete added his commitment an hour later, at 2:56 p.m. PT.

As a result of the slew of new commitments, USC's previously slim recruiting class vaulted up the rankings to No. 19 in the 247Sports composite.

Of the recruits added, Fields is among the most pivotal as the No. 78 player in the class and a hometown prospect from local pipeline Junipero Serra. Oregon had been heavily in play for the CB.

Fountain may be the most impressive get though. The No. 81 prospect in the 247Sports composite was considered a Tennessee lean. His commitment to USC will come as a surprise to Vols fans.

Landing Itete is also a credit to the Trojans power of persuasion. In April, 247Sports expert Bud Elliott predicted the 6-foot-5, 290-pound big man would land with Florida State with high confidence. A lot changed over a couple of months. He ranks No. 314 in the class.

Boatwright was also expected to land elsewhere initially. Ranking No. 426 nationally, he had a 247Sports Crystal Ball to Florida earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Treter is a 6-foot-6, 300-pound tackle prospect out from under Deion Sanders' nose at Colorado.

All in all, it was a good weekend to be Lincoln Riley or a USC fan.
