Dean Henderson has left Manchester United and joined Crystal Palace on a permanent transfer, signing a five-year deal that promises to keep him at Selhurst Park until 2028.
The goalkeeper has finally left Old Trafford after a lengthy 12-year association with the Red Devils, but made only 29 first-team appearances.
Henderson was given a run of games towards the end of the 2020/21 season and afforded an opportunity to displace David de Gea from the starting lineup, but he was dropped again in favour of the Spaniard for the following campaign.
After joining Nottingham Forest on loan for the 2022/23 season, Henderson suggested his Man Utd career was over. After starting this season as backup to Andre Onana, he has now signed for Palace.
