Ajax defender Jurrien Timber has been pictured at Wembley Stadium for Saturday's FA Cup final.
Manchester United take on rivals Manchester City as they look to win a second domestic trophy this season, while victory will also prevent their neighbours from being able to complete the treble.
Erik ten Hag has enjoyed a stellar first season at Old Trafford, bringing unity back to Man Utd and implementing a progressive style of play.
Upon his arrival in Manchester, Ten Hag attempted to bring defender Timber with him from Ajax. However, a transfer could not be completed and the Netherlands international remained in Amsterdam.
Timber has continued to be linked with a move to Man Utd despite Ajax having a poor season, with 90min reporting back in March that the Red Devils retain an interest.
Social media speculation ramped back up on Saturday afternoon when he was pictured arriving at Wembley for the cup final.
Though Timber did not make the move last summer, Man Utd were able to agree deals to sign two other Ajax stars in Antony and Lisandro Martinez. Both will miss Saturday's final through injury.
While Antony has divided opinion this season, Martinez has proven to be a resounding success despite early worries about his small stature.
