In NBA 2K23 MyCAREER, players will eventually be tasked with some side quests to answer some miscellaneous fashion trivia questions for sneaker influencers Yolanda and Sabine.

NBA 2K23 Fashion Trivia: Yolanda and Sabine Answers
Aside from the "Courting Calloway" main questline, the fashion trivia questions in NBA 2K23 are part of the recurring Personal Brand side questline, "Fashion Trivia," which players receive a bit into the Next Gen MyCAREER mode.
The way the Fashion Trivia works is Yolanda and Sabine will ask the player a set of three questions. While the set of questions is randomized, the questions within the set will be ordered the same, so once they ask the first question, you can quickly figure out what the next two will be.
