The Colorado Rockies are in last place in the NL West, and they're taking on a red-hot Philadelphia Phillies team on Sunday in their series finale.

The Phils have won five straight, jumping to second place in the NL East in the process.

Aaron Nola (3-2, 4.44 ERA) is on the mound for the Phils against Colorado lefty Kyle Freeland (3-4, 3.57 ERA).

Freeland has allowed just two runs across 12 innings in the month of May, but can he keep that up against a tough Phillies offense?

Here's a look at the latest odds and my best bet:

Phillies vs. Rockies prediction and pick

The Phillies are a much better team than the Rockies, but I'm going to take a shot on the home team to cover the run line.

Freeland has really turned things around after a slow start, lowering his ERA nearly a whole run in his last two starts. He did allow four runs to the Phils in his first outing against them, giving up three homers in six innings.

However, Nola hasn't been great, giving up three runs in all but two of his starts this season. He allowed three runs in his first matchup with the Rockies this season.

Colorado and Freeland should benefit from the fact that Philly has struggled against lefties (23rd in OPS) so far this season.

At -110 odds, I'll take a shot on Colorado to keep this game close at home.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
