This past Sunday, Pokémon GO held its Rock ‘n’ Roll Special Research Story. From 2p.m. to 5p.m. local time and as a part of Roggenrola Community Day, trainers who purchased an event ticket had access to many Roggenrola-related tasks and rewards.
Coinciding with the Test Your Mettle event, the ticket for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Special Research Story was available for $0.99 in the in-game shop. Upon completing each of the four stages below, players received access to all of the rewards during the three-hour event.

Stage 1 For 2,000 Stardust, Roggenrola Encounter, 1 Star Piece
- Power up 10 Pokemon (15x Poke Ball)
- Catch 15 Roggenrola (Roggenrola Encounter)

Stage 2 for 1,500 XP, Roggenrola Encounter, 1 Star Piece
- Catch 15 Roggenrola (30x Roggenrola Candy)
- Transfer 10 Pokemon (Boldore Encounter)
- Evolve 3 Roggenrola (10x Pinap Berry)
Stage 3 for 2,500 XP, 1 Rocket Radar 15 Ultra Ball
- Make 3 Great Curveball Throws (50x Roggenrola Candy)
- Evolve 1 Boldore (1 Lucky Egg)
- Transfer 10 Pokemon (15x Great Ball)
Stage 4 for 3,000 Stardust, Gigalith Encounter, 3 Rare Candy
