TFT Patch 12.12b is considerably bigger than a normal b-patch with three weeks between the release of Patch 12.13 instead of the usual two. These changes are toning down champions that were just too strong as a result of the patch, as well as giving much-needed buffs to weaker champions.

Below, we've listed out the full patch notes for TFT Patch 12.12b.

TFT Patch 12.12b: Full Patch Notes Detailed

Augments

No adjustments to augments this patch. Instead, Astral Soul and Dragonmancer Heart have been removed due to the augments being too weak and too strong respectively.

Traits

The big changes here are that Dragonmancers should be reined in while weaker traits like Whisper and Astral get a bit of help.

Tier 1 Units

Not many changes here. The big ones being that Tahm Kench has been toned down due to his dominance in the early game, and Vladimir is getting much-needed buffs.

Tier 2 Units

Even less here, mainly just that Lillia's spell should be much improved.

Tier 3 Units

Sylas is getting some good buffs that should make him a very popular pick given his already useful synergies.

Tier 4 Units

Most of the champion changes are being seen among the tier-four units. Besides Sy'fen getting some good buffs, it's mostly nerfs around these parts since many of the four-cost carries were just too strong. Notable mentions include Xayah, Corki, and Idas all taking some pretty noticeable hits.

Items

A couple item adjustments to keep them on a level playing field, specifically Sunfire Cape getting a nerf and Giant Slayer receiving a buff.

Bug Fix

Unlike the extraordinary amount of bug fixes from 12.12, the b-patch is only getting one small fix.
