LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jada Pinkett Smith shared a beautiful throwback video alongside rap icon Tupac Shakur. Both are seen lip-syncing to Will Smith's classic hit 'Parents Just Don't Understand' from the show 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air'.

The mother-of-two made light of her act of dancing and lip-syncing with Tupac during their junior year of high school in the post, which was published as Jada prepares to unveil her new memoir.

Jada, 52, wrote in the caption: "Here is part of the original video of Pac and I doing a terrible job at lip syncing Parents Just Don’t Understand."

On Instagram, Jada shared a brief passage from her upcoming memoir, 'Worthy,' where she discussed the incident involving Shakur, Smith, 54, and her.

She also provided a video of Shakur and her dancing to the song Smith composed as one-half of the DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince duet, which won the 1988 Grammy for Best Rap Performance.

Jada and Shakur, who died in September 1996, were both students at the Baltimore School for the Arts in Maryland when they were young.

The 2017 'All Eyez on Me' movie depicted their friendship which starred Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Shakur and Kat Graham as Jada, as per PEOPLE.

With anecdotes from her childhood, romances, marriage, profession, friendships, and children, Jada's new book will give readers a more in-depth look at her complex background.
