LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In response to allegations against Jimmy Fallon for creating a "toxic" work environment, current staffers of the 'The Tonight Show' have reportedly come out in support of the talk show host.

Several staffers backed the 48-year-old comedian and slammed the allegations against him, per Daily Mail.

Four of the current staff members told Daily Mail recently that contrary to the claims, the environment of the office was “supportive, collaborative, and everybody's happy” and Fallon went out of his way to make the staffers comfortable.

Jimmy Fallon’s staff member sayd everybody is 'smiling and laughing'

A producer of the show told the news outlet that Fallon always makes sure to make a comfortable environment for the crew members and celebrity guests.

They said, “From the day I walked in, I felt as if everybody was very energized and excited about creating a very positive workplace, especially Jimmy, and I work closely with him.”

The producer added, “I'm with him on a daily basis. I have delivered bad news to him. I have disagreed with him about some things that he has wanted to do.”

However, they continued, “I cannot say enough good things about him, about how he is an empathetic person, how he hears other people's opinions, how he's open to being flexible.”

The staffers accepted that Fallon was not rigid and would welcome differences in opinion.

One staffer said, “I have seen him change his mind. I have seen him stick to his guns but respect to other people who disagree with him.”

Another revealed that they have had Fallon walking through the halls and talking to everybody, adding, “He has never belittled anyone. I've never seen him snap at anyone.”

They further added, “The celebrities come and he's nice to everybody. He knows every crew member.”

Contrary to the allegations, they conceded the work environment to be happy. A staffer said, “Everybody's talking all the time about how happy they are. Everybody's smiling, everybody's laughing.”

They said the communication was well between the teams saying, “The teams are well-oiled machines, we all communicate well with one another.”

Another producer, said the offices “feel more like a home than a workplace,” adding that Fallon arranged social gatherings specifically for staffers.

They said, “He arranges social events for all of us like trivia nights, speed bowling, and staff talent shows.”

The producer gushed, “I've received his high-fives in the hallways and his handwritten notes for birthdays, life milestones and a job well done.”

A third producer too echoed the sentiment of his colleagues feeling like “family.”

They said, “It's been a community and a family that I feel lucky to have gotten to grow up in and I've felt nothing but support from the people around me - from Jimmy to other producers to all of my colleagues at the show.”

A fourth producer, who has been associated with the show for three years, said, “I have had a very positive experience not only with Jimmy, but also current and former leadership, as well as the staff and crew as a whole.”

What did Jimmy Fallon have to apologize for?

After Rolling Stone’s castigating article where 16 former and current staffers accused the talk show host of creating a ‘toxic’ work environment, Fallon issued an apology over a Zoom call on Thursday, September 7.

Fallon reportedly told the staff members, “Sorry if I embarrassed you and your family and friends…I feel so bad I can't even tell you,” per two members who attended the meeting, Rolling Stone reported.

He purportedly said during the virtual meeting, “I want this show to be fun, it should be inclusive for everybody, it should be funny, it should be the best show, the best people.”

Two of the staff members, who were present there, reportedly told Rolling Stone, Fallon’s words “felt pretty earnest”
