It's no secret that Radar Jammers have been causing players a ton of issues throughout Warzone Season 4, and Raven Software have been doing what they can to keep the function balanced. In Season 4 Reloaded, the Radar Jammers have been nerfed once again.
Call of Duty: Warzone's Season 4 Reloaded launched yesterday, bringing a much needed shake-up to the state of the current season. While the update brought with it the usual weapon buffs and nerfs, new modes, and a variety of cosmetics, the Reloaded update also marks a great moment to assess the impact of certain functions on the state of the game.
Radar Jammers have been causing trouble for some time. Many players have taken to forums to express their concerns with the function, stating that it's overpowered in many ways. This led Raven Software to issue a nerf earlier this month which reduced the radius of the item's effect.
But it looks like that wasn't enough, with yet another nerf having been deployed in this latest update.
Warzone Season 4 Reloaded Reduces Radar Jammer Drop Rate
The Season 4 Reloaded update has reduced the drop rate of the troublesome Radar Jammer, hoping to minimize the frequency at which the item disrupted matches. The reduction in drop rates has been rolled out across Fortune's Keep, aiming to bring the drop rates more in line with that of Rebirth Island.
The nerf was revealed as part of Raven Software's Season 4 Reloaded patch notes, where the change was listed among various adjustments. Other adjustments have seen the rate of Legendary Supply Boxes increase on Caldera, and updates to the respawn loadouts in Resurgence modes.
