Gemini Trust Co., the digital-asset exchange founded by the billionaire Winklevoss brothers, filed a lawsuit against Digital Currency Group Inc. and its, chief executive officer, Barry Silbert alleging “fraud and deception”.

DCG and Silbert could not immediately be reached for comment.
