The Women's College World Series is set with Game 1 scheduled to take place on June 7.
No. 1 Oklahoma will face No. 3 Florida State in an anticipated series between two of the top teams in the country. Oklahoma deserves its top ranking, going 51-1 this season with its only loss coming at the hands of Baylor back on February 19.
Oklahoma also already defeated Florida State this season, beating them on March 14 by a final score of 5-4.
Let's take a look at the odds for the World Series, which will be a best of three.

Women's College World Series prediction
There's no doubt that Oklahoma is deserving of being the favorite after going 51-1, but -450 odds is too steep of a price for me to lay in this spot.
-450 odds means the Sooners' implied probability of winning is 81.82%. If the odds were closer, I'd be all over Oklahoma, but I actually think Florida State is the smart bet in this spot.
The Seminoles only lost to Oklahoma by a single run in their previous meeting, and this Florida State team is no joke. They lost only eight games all season and have won six straight games ahead of the World Series.
They have also allowed a combined five runs over that stretch. They're playing some of the best softball they've played all season.
Give me Florida State at +340 odds and let's root for an upset.
